I am writing to tell you how pleased I am with the Series 1 E-Type Roadster you supplied me.

Everything you said about the car when I first saw it has come true. It is quicker than my Porsche 996, many times more fun to drive and draws a crowd wherever it goes. The quality of craftsmanship that you and your people have put into the car is outstanding and, having covered 1,000 miles in the first few weeks of ownership, a testimony to the skills you applied. Everyone who has seen the car and had a chance to examine it has commented on the level of detail and all want to own it.

Since we last spoke I have sold the Porsche (and lost a fortune in depreciation) as I found it completely boring to drive after the E-Type. Having had the luxury of a side by side comparison of two high performance cars separated by 35 years of development I was amazed how little progress has been made. The original E-Type design was obviously sound and the work you did on my car has ensured it remains a competitive machine in today's traffic.

Finally you were also right about the period Radiomobile I insisted you fitted - it has never been switched on, the sound of that engine is all I need.
